Tropical Jewellery Magic ships world-wide. Please be advised that International orders could be subject to extra handling charges, shipping rates, and taxes are the responsibilities and paid for by the customer. We will contact you with all the necessary information once you have placed an order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tropical Jewellery Magic’s customer care service will contact you with all the relevant information concerning the date your order will be shipped and your tracking number.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

The Customer can return a purchase to us at Tropical Jewellery Magic within 14 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned with its original packaging and in its original condition, together with the invoice. The customer will be refunded in full once we have received the product and ensured that it is legitimate. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed, please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

CANCEL ORDER

An order cancellation must reach Tropical Jewellery Magic within 48hours, no question asked. Please supply your order number and payment information to avoid necessary charges.
